LSI-R Risk Assessment outcome is falseified

I'm back with more information on the topic of my last posting. This place, the Montgomery County PRC Pre-Release and Re-entry services,gives every inmate a "screening", done by so called screeners within afew days of arrival. I am now questioning their credentials in actually giving the screening??? I am under the understanding that to give a psychological or mental health evaluation,screening or risk screening you need to be certified? Is Montgomery County Pre Release and reentry services certified or licensed to administer the LSI-R? Are their screeners certified? No...not just certified/licensed as a psychologists but certified/licensed to score and administer the LSI-R that they so heavily depend on to profile the inmates. If my assessment was terribly wrong....AND AN ANOTHER INMATES WAS BLATANTLY WRONG...AND ANOTHER INMATES WRONG..AND ANOTHER INMATES WRONG.WRONG.WRONG.AND BLATANTLY DECEPTIVE,INCORRECT,FALSE INFORMATION,BIASED RESULTS, MISLEADING AND HURTFUL INFORMATION,INTENTIONAL AND WANTONLY DAMAGING INFORMATION...one would question the competency of The Montgomery County Pre Release and Re-Entry services in Rockville MD. Are their screeners licensed ? Are they legally allowed to profile and assess you without permission and or knowledge? Are they allowed to falsify documents to suit their needs? Are they allowed to incorrectly profile unsuspecting disadvantaged inmates? ARE THEY COMMITTING A CRIME BY LYING, DECEIVING,FALSIFYING AND INTENTIONALLY ,WANTONLY, MALICIOUSLY FALSIFYING AND MANIPULATING STATISTICS ...for what are they doing this?? Statistics? Contracts? Well I am going to find out why ! Being that the screener who interviewed myself Scott is avoiding correcting mine and maybe hundreds or thousands of documents with discrepancies..lets expose this wrongdoing NOW!! Imagine if you have one of these falsified risk profiles in your documents, mental health file, or who knows where the incompetent PRC employees might let them end up ?? I am just trying to enlighten any future victims of this organization to watch out for these people...they are there to damage you, not assist you !! Others formerly at the PRC and presently are reviewing their legal options for damages due to negligence and reckless behavior by the staff at PRC. I am pursuing the same. If these people at PRC falsified, manipulated, and outright fraudulently scored and assessed me and others...how many have they gotten away with.....AUDIT? The Director or Warden need to examine their staff, review policies and make amendments to their procedures before these careless and reckless staff members tarnish Montgomery County Governments Model Image in the Criminal Justice Community.
