Response frome the chief regarding the LSI-R

Well I received a letter from the Chief and his screeners. They corrected 2 out of the 8 incorrect scores on my Recidivism evaluation. That shows that they admitted to falsifying the first scoring! And since they intentionally falsified 6 more areas on my evaluation, HOW MANY OTHERS have they scored incorrectly or in other words ...falsified and manipulated results of the LSI-R. I have several inmates at the PRC that have been scored incorrectly and have had theirs corrected. What about the ones that are unaware of these illegal practices going on at the Montgomery County Maryland Pre Released Center?? Someone needs to expose that they are falsifying records on probably every resident or otherwise called inmate. EXPOSE THEM NOW !!!! this is an organization that MUST be exposed of their wrongdoing and harm to disadvantaged inmates that come into this establishment ! I am the voice of the victim! EXPOSE MONTGOMERY COUNTY PRE RELEASE AND RE ENTRY SERVICE TODAY ! NEXT POST WILL UP DATE THIS AND OTHER PAY ROLL DISCREPANCIES ! THEY TAKE MORE $ FROM THE DISADVANTAGED AT THE END OF YOUR TERM !!! Stiil no response from Chief LoBuglio

I have spoken with chief Lobulio whom has expressed concern about the false LSI-R allegations. He is dealing with others complaints now and has not at this time corrected or responded to our last conversation. I will call him tomorrow 2/13/07 and ask for an answer before I get my attorney involved. We will file suit as falsifying legal documents, I think EVERYONE should question their LSI-R assessment , something is wrong and we are about to catch them in the act !! EXPOSE MONTGOMERY COUNTY MARYLAND ROCKVILLE PRC TODAY !!

I will give the chief of the PRC a few more days to sort out the problems with his screeners fabricating FALSE information against helpless, disadvantaged inmates. MOST do not question this assessment, I intend to enlighten them they are being falsely assessed and they are being intentionally, wantonly and maliciously wounded by these screeners falsifying the scoring methods!! I wonder, still if they have been trained to use the LSI-R assessment? Believe me I will find out ! This is my focus of the day,but there are many other issues with that horrible place, STAY AWAY if you are thinking of coming !! STAY AWAY is the BEST advice! LSI-R Risk Assessment 2

I have spoken with the PRC, The Montgomery County Pre Release and Re-entry services. They are reviewing my allegations and I am giving them the benifit of the doubt to correct their FALSE statements against me? Why did they need to make false staements against me and about 20 others.. there must be something behind their false staements. I intend to EXPOSE these false assessments to show the incompetance that I experienced at Montgomery County Government PRC PRE-release and Reentry services. I am the voice of the victims!! We must expose this incompetant and out of control organization !! EXPOSE THEM NOW~~~ I will post if they correct their false statements agaist me in my next posting.. I know I am on to something here......another inmate complained about his LSI-R and they corrected ONLY PART of his and they said "sue us" if you want the truth on your record !!! These people need to be regulated, monitored and corrected of their out of control reckless behavior...chief lobuglio has no control of his staff...he is afraid to make waves unfortunately......he reminds me of Arafat..he just walks around shaking hands ..but accoplishes NOTHING!! Its a shame a nice guy but afraid to put his incompetant employees in line !! More to come with what they do about faking my documents..I have a possible lawsuit, others are definaely suing! Montgomery County has the money to settle these lawsuits otherwise they would fire the incompetance that is causing the lawsuits!! Makes Sense! Until next time!
