LSI-R Risk Assessment outcome is falseified

I'm back with more information on the topic of my last posting. This place, the Montgomery County PRC Pre-Release and Re-entry services,gives every inmate a "screening", done by so called screeners within afew days of arrival. I am now questioning their credentials in actually giving the screening??? I am under the understanding that to give a psychological or mental health evaluation,screening or risk screening you need to be certified? Is Montgomery County Pre Release and reentry services certified or licensed to administer the LSI-R? Are their screeners certified? No...not just certified/licensed as a psychologists but certified/licensed to score and administer the LSI-R that they so heavily depend on to profile the inmates. If my assessment was terribly wrong....AND AN ANOTHER INMATES WAS BLATANTLY WRONG...AND ANOTHER INMATES WRONG..AND ANOTHER INMATES WRONG.WRONG.WRONG.AND BLATANTLY DECEPTIVE,INCORRECT,FALSE INFORMATION,BIASED RESULTS, MISLEADING AND HURTFUL INFORMATION,INTENTIONAL AND WANTONLY DAMAGING INFORMATION...one would question the competency of The Montgomery County Pre Release and Re-Entry services in Rockville MD. Are their screeners licensed ? Are they legally allowed to profile and assess you without permission and or knowledge? Are they allowed to falsify documents to suit their needs? Are they allowed to incorrectly profile unsuspecting disadvantaged inmates? ARE THEY COMMITTING A CRIME BY LYING, DECEIVING,FALSIFYING AND INTENTIONALLY ,WANTONLY, MALICIOUSLY FALSIFYING AND MANIPULATING STATISTICS ...for what are they doing this?? Statistics? Contracts? Well I am going to find out why ! Being that the screener who interviewed myself Scott is avoiding correcting mine and maybe hundreds or thousands of documents with discrepancies..lets expose this wrongdoing NOW!! Imagine if you have one of these falsified risk profiles in your documents, mental health file, or who knows where the incompetent PRC employees might let them end up ?? I am just trying to enlighten any future victims of this organization to watch out for these people...they are there to damage you, not assist you !! Others formerly at the PRC and presently are reviewing their legal options for damages due to negligence and reckless behavior by the staff at PRC. I am pursuing the same. If these people at PRC falsified, manipulated, and outright fraudulently scored and assessed me and others...how many have they gotten away with.....AUDIT? The Director or Warden need to examine their staff, review policies and make amendments to their procedures before these careless and reckless staff members tarnish Montgomery County Governments Model Image in the Criminal Justice Community. Be careful and question EVERYTHING !

If you make the mistake of going to the Montgomery County Pre Release Center the next few posts will EXPOSE some of the tricks they play with you. Besides the lies, manipulation, humiliation they perform an assessment ( without your permission) called an LSI-R. It is an offender risk assessment. They sway and manipulate the results for statistical purposes. They have someone who calls himself a screener ask you a bunch of loaded questions...watch this guy named Scott he puts words in your mouth and then falsifies the answers you give him. He then comes up with a chart with completely fabricated results, of course in a negative light. This chart is a profile of you which is put in your permanent file. I have complained to have my results "corrected" by writing a memo, filing a grievance and spoken to the screener, all have been ignored. I believe he is committing a crime by falsifying and manipulating the results to benefit the PRC's statistics. Think twice about coming to PRC

This post is for the inmates coming from the Federal system who will be serving their last 10% of their sentence in the halfway house. PRC doesn't want to be called a halfway house even though the Feds call it that when they release you there. The Feds pay $2400. per month per inmate, plus the PRC gouges 20% of the disadvantaged workers wages...dispicable...you would think the feds would know where they are sending you...its a halfway house, but more like a homeless shelter instead. If you have a short halfway house time, 1-3 months you might want to do some research on the Rockville MD Montgomery County Pre Release Center to avoid the most uncomfortable, miserable and outright unreasonable treatment by staff and their policies. Had I known the TRUTH about the PRC I would have NEVER, repeat...NEVER set foot on that property. I was threatened by staff with discipline for complaining about Incompetence, I was threatened by several inmates , others were threatened too...( the staff doesn't care) I reported it and I was told to grin and bear it. Grin and bear it ? A threat..a threat in a Montgomery county government establishment ? That is ridiculous and just one of the ways this place is improperly staffed and operated. A good portion of the staff need to be terminated and replaced by individuals that are conscientious about their job and actually do their assigned job and not people that consistently spin you, lie to you, manipulate, harass, and humiliate you. All in all if you can avoid this place, avoid it ! Federal prison was a far better place to be than PRC. The only benefit is you can have you family visit ( if they don't screw up your visiting list) then throw your family out..oops let me correct that ...rudely, throw your family out. This treatment happens to many families including mine. Another benefit is you have more freedom after the first 2-3 weeks that you will NOT be permitted to set foot out of that place. Don't believe the rumors that you get to go home to get clothes etc. ...nope ... they want to make your life as miserable as they can. After 2-3 weeks you can go out but you need to file a pass request a week in advance and tell the PRC in writing how long it takes you to walk to the metro, and record every minute you will be walking, driving, waiting for a bus..etc. If you get a bastard Pernell...as a counsellor ...oops sorry I told the truth, you will have the worst experience of your life with that incompetent, very unprofessional counsellor. He loves to waste yours and your family's time, he feeds off causing misery, give misleading info, unrealistic statements and expectations. More to come in my next posting, I will expose in detail, names included of the factual incompetence that I and others experienced. I encourage others to post their experiences, remember the squeaky hinge gets the oil...expose incompetence now.

Incompetance

Has anyone had the pleasure of dealing with or being a "resident" or visiting a family member at the Montgomery County Pre-release Center or The PRC as they call it. Well here is the site for you to vent and expose all the incompetence, harassment, filthy conditions or anything you like...post away with your story or an incident of value. I had a VERY NEGATIVE experience with the staff and the facility as a whole. Fell free to post a good experience...that is if there was one? I want to make the citizens of Montgomery County Maryland aware of how their tax dollars are being wasted at this outdated incompetent institution. I want to save someone a lot of headaches by exposing what these people do and don't do. I cant stress enough that you MUST complain and file on these people, they are getting away with causing undue misery for " residents " and their families. EXPOSE THEM NOW !!!!!!!!
